Get ready for a wave of emotions as two-time Tony Award nominee Eva Noblezada prepares to take her final bow in Broadway’s dazzling adaptation of The Great Gatsby on Jan. 30, 2025. Stepping into the shoes of the enchanting Daisy Buchanan, Noblezada has captivated audiences with her stunning performance, but soon it’ll be time for her to move on. A replacement for this iconic role will be announced soon, so stay tuned!
Mark your calendars because Jan. 16, 2025, is set to sparkle with a special benefit event in partnership with the New York Public Library. This gala will celebrate the centennial of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s timeless classic, first published in 1925. The evening kicks off with a spectacular performance at the Broadway Theatre, followed by a festive soirée at the library. All proceeds will support the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts—what a fantastic way to give back!
As change is in the air, Noblezada isn’t the only one saying goodbye. Jeremy Jordan, who brings the enigmatic Jay Gatsby to life, will take his final curtain call on Jan. 19, 2025. Ryan McCarten will step into Gatsby’s shoes starting Jan. 21. Meanwhile, Eric Anderson, who plays the mysterious Wolfsheim, will make his exit on Jan. 5, with Terrence Mann taking over the role on Jan. 8.
The star-studded cast also includes Noah J. Ricketts as Nick Carraway, Samantha Pauly as Jordan Baker, Sara Chase as Myrtle Wilson, John Zdrojeski as Tom Buchanan, and Charlie Pollock as George Wilson. Under the direction of Marc Bruni, this spectacular musical features a book by Kait Kerrigan, music by Jason Howland, and lyrics by Nathan Tysen. The show kicked off its previews on March 29 and finally opened on April 25.
