Came for “The Book of Mormon” my first Broadway play and I was literally blown away. It was genius! The play was funny, the dance numbers were impressive and the set design was impeccable! All in all, I was very pleased. Sat at the very back and felt like I was able to take it all in. Went for the 1pm show and it was still packed.

Very enjoyable show! I had last minute digital “rush” tickets which were heavily discounted, and I had a semi-obstructed view once everyone sat down in the box seats area but that was fine.

The Book of Mormon is a hilarious, satirical musical that blends bold humor with catchy songs. It explores faith and cultural clashes through the story of two naive missionaries in Uganda. Irreverent yet thought-provoking!Watched twice!

It was a bit hard to find out seats initially because we didn't realize the seat numbers increased in increments of 2. Seats were fairly comfortable but there wasn't much legroom. We thoroughly enjoyed The Book of Mormon and found it to be very funny. We purchased Rush Tickets using the TodayTix app and despite having cheap seats (K12 and K14 in the back of the mezzanine), I felt we still had a great seat.

Stopped by this theater to see The Book of Mormon while in NYC. Overall, this is a great theater. They are very efficient moving folks into the theater and through the various lines, especially the bathroom during intermission. My 14 year old son thought one of the ushers was pretty scary. Before the show started, she was pretty loud, letting the folks know that who had empty seats next to them to not move. She even yelled at some couple shifting once the lights went out. Also, you read on the website about being seated once the show starts that it will be at the theater discretion. She was so strict about people moving seats, but she let someone be seated, causing a brief impact for folks during the first song. Overall, I would come back to watch a show at this theater.

I just saw The Book of Mormon today, and this theater really made the experience run smoothly.I lined up outside before the doors opened and there were no issues. Getting in the doors went very smoothly, they have metal detectors and a person checking bags. Don’t tell anyone this, but I had a full reusable water bottle and a few snacks for intermission (trying to save money where I can). The bag check was very cursory and he literally just opened it and looked inside, so within reason you can get away with a couple harmless items. For my actual seat, i was about 4 rows from the back. I didn’t see this as a hindrance and even though i’m 5’1 I had no issue seeing the stage. One thing I will note though, is that the first row in the back section has a railing in front of it. Some shorter people were having issues seeing over the railing, so you may want to sit one row back (row F)The ushers showing you to your seat are super helpful and knowledgeable. The bathrooms were clean and the line went very quickly. The only negative is that it’s not an accessible bathroom but they offer an off-site bathroom to those who need it to be accessible. I didn’t see this restroom so I can’t speak for it.The sound reached the back with no issues, the sound was clear and sounded good. The lighting was amazing and the chairs were comfortable. This isn’t a review of the musical, I know, but it was super funny :)Photos are from seat F5 if you’re wondering

Absolutely beautiful theatre but short on leg room. I’m only 5’3” and my knee was touching the seat in front of me. Saw Book of Mormon for the second time here and it was another great performance!

Saw the Book of Mormon. I was initially looking for shows with storylines I was familiar with (Aladdin, Harry Potter etc) but Reddit said this show was really funny. 10/10 for humour!!!About the theatre- AC can get a little chilly , bring a cardigan if you can- very little legroom. Would avoid coming with large shopping bags. Literally no room 🥲- East to navigate via subway. Didn’t get lost, pretty straightforward

Funny as the show walks along the fine line between humorously entertaining and socially offensive. Energetic dance routines with catchy songs got me laughing from beginning to end.

Just saw The Book of Mormon musical last night. The show was great, but this review is about the theatre. It was smaller than I expected, but the staff was shockingly efficient at moving a sold-out house of people thru. Even during intermission, everyone had enough time to use the restroom and concession line. The theatre was clean and well kept. They definitely seem to value preserving a quality venue with regular maintenance. I'll gladly see another show here.

We were here to attend "The Book of Mormon" on Broadway. Great little theater. Because of the size there isn't a bad seat in the house (with the exception of some of the restricted view seats). It's a beautiful theater. Note: The rows are close together so there isn't much in the way of legroom. I had to turn slightly to the side and I am only 6 ft tall. Other than that it's a great place!

We saw this show in London and it was much better.Everything from the size of the stage (bigger), the seats (more comfortable and roomy), the sound (couldn't understand what the actors were saying sometimes), the set (worn and tired), the costumes (inconsistent), the acting (again, hard to understand the leads), direction (timing was off especially on joke delivery) -- all of it was simply much better in London. It's still a great story, but this production is only good, not great.

I would like to start off with I had absolutely no idea what the play was about. My partner had been waiting years to come and watch it live. When we finally made it to New York it was one of the must see plays we planed to see. It was an absolutely amazing performance. The jokes are a bit raunchy and crude at times. I really enjoyed my self. It was my first play and I was not disappointed! If your in to this type of humor I would 100% recommend

Fantastic comedy musical. A small theatre, for a mult-tasking cast with great singing and dancing talent. Be prepared, totally non politically correct and irreverent, sarcastic humor. That’s the whole idea. The song lyrics are awesome.

All kinds of ridiculousness. Anything made by Mat and Trey is sure to be funny. If you have seen South Park the movie, then this is right up your alley. Pure stupidity from the 1st to the last note is the best compliment possible. I would see this multiple times I laughed so much.
